All classes are included in your membership (see Class Timetable) and access to everything the gym has to offer including both weights rooms, the fitness and cardio facilities and sauna.
You'll have unlimited access to the club during opening hours:
6am – 9pm Monday – Friday
7am – 6pm Saturday
9am – 4pm Sunday
Kids Membership
We run 10 classes a week for kids aged 8-16 years.
Kids Membership is £40 per month and covers use of all kids classes.
Kids are welcome to have a trial session before joining. There is no contract or joining fee.
