Focuses on the core fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu, including positions such as closed guard, spider guard, side control, mount, and back control, as well as key techniques for sweeps, submissions, escapes, and transitions.
Perfect for all students, whether you’re just starting and want to build a strong foundation or looking to refine your essential skills.
Each session includes:
* Movement-based warm-ups
* Technique instruction and partner drilling
* Positional training
* Live sparring
🟣 BJJ GI Advanced
Structured, competition-focused training featuring demanding drills, scenario-based rounds, and high-intensity live training. These classes are built for students preparing for competition, but are also open to anyone wanting to challenge themselves in a high-level training environment.
Expect:
* Fast-paced technical sequences
* Specific training from competition scenarios
* Live rounds
Designed for students preparing for competition or those looking to train at a higher level.
Recommended: 3 months experience or more.
🔵 No-Gi / Submission Grappling
Develop strong fundamentals while building an effective submission-focused game through control, sweeps, guard passing, submissions, and modern leg lock systems.
This class focuses on technical precision, strategy, and positional awareness using grips, controls, and movement specific to No-Gi training. Students will develop both upper and lower body attacking systems, with leg lock concepts integrated into the curriculum throughout the year, including positions such as Seated Guard, Outside Ashi, The Saddle, K-Guard, and 50/50, along with essential finishing and defensive concepts.
Whether you’re new to No-Gi or looking to sharpen your competitive skills, this class provides a structured pathway to improving your technique, decision-making, and overall grappling ability.

🟠BJJ GI Juniors (Ages 8–15)
Our junior programme focuses on developing strong fundamentals while introducing more advanced techniques and sequences.
Classes include drills, positional sparring, and live rolling, helping students develop discipline, confidence, accountability, and personal growth.

Open Mat gives students the opportunity to work on specific areas of their game in a non-instructed environment.
Use this time to:
