Which BJJ class is right for you?

Essentials Class
Specialised in different areas, you’ll learn everything from simple techniques like a triangle to more complicated techniques - Berimbolos to and crab rides.

  • All levels.

Advanced Class

For those who have a solid foundation, we offer a more challenging advanced class, where we teach higher level techniques and complex sequences, allowing you to take your game to the next level. We also integrate more positional sparring and live rolling, enabling you to put your knowledge to practice.

  • 3 months experience and up.

Leglocks Class

Take your leg game to the next level with our structured leg lock class. Each week, you’ll focus on one core position and finish, building from the ground up: seated guard, straight footlocks, outside ashi, the saddle, K-guard, 50/50, and essential defensive concepts. With clear, step-by-step instruction, you’ll gain the confidence to attack the legs with control and purpose. Whether you’re new to leg locks or ready to close gaps in your game, this is the class you’ve been looking for.

Competition Class

Not everyone wants to compete - and we never force our students to. But for those who do, our competition classes are built specifically for you. They’re also open to students who simply want to gain experience, test themselves, and train in a high-level, competition-style environment, without any pressure to step onto the mat.

  • All Levels

  • For GI and NO-GI.

Junior Classes

For our Junior, we focus on developing strong fundamentals and we teach more complex techniques and sequences. Incorporating more drills, positional sparring, and live rolling. We push our 8-14 kids to be more disciplined in their training, and accountable for their participation and personal growth.

Junior Advanced Competition Class

Our Junior competition class focuses on preparing our young students for competitive situations. Full of drilling exercises, as well as plenty of positional and live sparring, this class is designed to build up your child’s mental and physical endurance, and competitive game.

Open Mat

Our Open Mat training is designed to allow students to work on specific trouble areas and practice newly learned techniques in a non-instructed format. The class is open to all members of any belt rank or age. This class allows members the opportunity to spar, drill, or analyse techniques and improve their Jiu-Jitsu game.

Private Lessons

Private lessons are available to all academy members and visitors and are a great way for more concentrated instruction, tailored to your individual needs and experience level. Students will have the opportunity for more in-depth exploration of techniques and positional study in a more exclusive learning environment
. Please note: All private lessons MUST be scheduled beforehand by using the app or email.
